I’m Nick Mosakowski, a Registered Dietitian and the founder of Nourish360. I don’t believe in "trying" to be healthy. I believe in building the systems that make health inevitable.
Most people are drowning in vague advice and "one-size-fits-all" plans that fail the moment life gets difficult. I’m here to close the gap between the clinical advice you’ve been given and the reality of your 24-hour clock.
My approach was forged in two very different worlds:
The U.S. Marine Corps: Five years of service taught me that a plan is only as good as its execution under stress. Discipline isn't a buzzword; it’s the framework that allows you to show up for your family, your career, and yourself regardless of how you feel.
Clinical Healthcare: After the military, I identified a flaw within the modern medical system firsthand. Patients were told to "eat better" but left without a map, a strategy, or the accountability to actually change.
I became a Registered Dietitian to bridge that gap. I provide the clinical science required to manage blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol, combined with the tactical structure needed to execute that science in the real world.

The Man Behind the Mission
I live in King of Prussia, PA, with my wife and our trail loving dog. When I’m not in the clinic or coaching, I’m maintaining my own standard, whether that’s on the trails, at the track, or in the weight room.
I don’t just teach discipline; I live it. I believe that health shouldn’t be a source of stress. It should be the foundation that allows you to dominate every other area of your life.
