I’m Nick Mosakowski, a registered dietitian and founder of Nourish360. I help busy working adults take back control of their health using clear, realistic nutrition strategies—without crash diets, confusing advice, or a complete lifestyle overhaul.
If you're managing blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol, or just trying to stay consistent with your habits, you don’t need another one-size-fits-all plan. You need someone who gets what it’s like to juggle long workdays, family responsibilities, and the stress that comes with trying to “be healthy” in real life.
That’s where I come in.
I spent five years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I learned the value of discipline, structure, and leading by example. That same mindset is what drives how I coach today—show up, do the work, adapt when needed, and keep moving forward.
After leaving the military, I worked in healthcare and quickly saw the gap between clinical advice and everyday reality. Patients were being told to “eat better” without support, guidance, or a plan that worked in the real world.
So I became a registered dietitian—and built a practice focused on exactly that:

My approach blends structure and flexibility. We’ll start with a deep dive into your health, lifestyle, and goals, then build a step-by-step plan that fits your life—not just your calendar. And you’ll have the support and accountability to stick with it, even when things get hectic.

A little more about me
I live in King of Prussia, PA with my wife and our trail-loving dog. Outside of coaching, you’ll find me lifting weights, running on the trails or at the track, cooking (yes, I love roasted veggies), and staying curious through reading and travel.
I believe health doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to be doable and consistent.
I’ll help you get there, one step at a time.
