How Nourish360 Coaching Works
Step 1: Onboarding
After enrolling, you will complete a short series of intake forms so I can understand your goals,
schedule, health history, and training experience if applicable. No calls required.

Step 2: Your Plan
All clients receive:
Personalized calorie, protein, fiber, and hydration targets
A clear meal structure framework and meal plan
Supplement guidance when appropriate
Nutrition + Training clients also receive:
A personalized training plan built from proven templates
Exercise demonstrations
Training structured around your schedule and recovery

Step 3: Weekly Check-Ins
You will complete a short weekly check-in reviewing:
How the week went overall
Nutrition consistency
Training completion if applicable
Sleep, stress, and recovery
Adjustments are made based on trends, not day-to-day fluctuations.
*All messaging, check in forms, and updates are communicated through “Practice Better” app.

Step 4: Adjustments & Feedback
Plans are adjusted when it makes sense rather than on an arbitrary schedule.
Nutrition + Training clients may submit exercise videos for feedback. Feedback is provided
asynchronously through written or short video responses.
