Nutrition coaching that works in real life

No extremes. No confusion.
Just a clear path to better health.

If you're tired of managing your health on your own—Googling what to eat for high cholesterol, asking ChatGPT about carbs and blood sugar, or jumping from one diet to the next without real change—you’re not alone.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, and confused by all the conflicting advice out there. They’re frustrated by the lack of progress and unsure what will actually work for their lifestyle.

As a registered dietitian, I help you cut through the noise with clear, science-backed guidance that’s tailored to your goals, your routine, and your health needs.

“I was sick of seeing online eating trends that were confusing, and I did not know what was best for me. So I wanted to see a dietitian, who actually knows what they are talking about, and for him to make a personal plan for me. Nick is awesome, he is very smart and knows what he is talking about. His advice on diet and exercise really helped me get on track and to v improve my quality of life. He also held me accountable when necessary.” – Zachary S.

Whether you’re dealing with:

  • High cholesterol or blood pressure and want to avoid (or support) medication

  • Prediabetes or high blood sugar and feel unsure what you can safely eat

  • Ongoing weight struggles despite using weight loss medications, trying keto, calorie counting, or "eating clean"

  • Fatigue, cravings, or bloating that interrupt your day and make everything harder

I’m here to help you go from reactive and confused to confident and in control—without judgment, quick fixes, or restrictive rules.

What it’s like to work together

You’ll start with a deep-dive assessment to understand your full health picture. From there, we’ll build a personalized plan that fits into your life—not the other way around.

Appointments are available virtually (via secure video) or in-person at my King of Prussia office—so you can choose what fits best with your schedule and comfort level.

Initial Nutrition Assessment (60–90 minutes)

In this first session, we’ll:

  • Review your medical history, labs, medications, and supplements

  • Discuss your current eating patterns, routine, and daily demands

  • Identify your goals—and the barriers that have kept you stuck

  • Provide clear, realistic strategies you can start using immediately

  • Begin building a plan that’s rooted in structure but flexible enough to adapt

You’ll walk away with clarity, direction, and an action plan that makes sense in your world.

Follow-Up Sessions (30–60 minutes)

These sessions are where progress really happens. Together, we’ll:

  • Track your progress and update your plan as your needs evolve

  • Tackle real-life challenges like social events, travel, stress eating, or burnout

  • Build your nutrition knowledge so you understand why it works

  • Stay consistent without having to be perfect

Whether we meet biweekly or monthly, you’ll get ongoing accountability and support every step of the way.

“I had some unhealthy eating habits, as well as some underlying health conditions. I was hoping that maybe just by changing my diet, I could help feel better, and also change some of the worrisome results I had received during my previous physical. Nick is extremely responsive and helpful whenever you may need his advice.” – PS
