You’ll start with a deep-dive assessment to understand your full health picture. From there, we’ll build a personalized plan that fits into your life and not the other way around.
Appointments are available virtually (via secure video) or in-person at my King of Prussia office so you can choose what fits best with your schedule and comfort level.
Initial Nutrition Assessment (60 to 90 minutes)
This is the deep dive. We review your medical history, recent lab work, medications, and current lifestyle. You will leave this session with a definitive Action Protocol and the clarity required to stop spinning your wheels.
Follow-Up Consultations (30–60 minutes)
This is where we refine the strategy. We track your clinical markers and adjust your plan based on real world feedback. We solve for travel, stress, and the demands of your schedule to ensure the results stick.
